Become a Vendor

The Vendor Tent of the Grand Prix de Santa Fe provides a unique opportunity for businesses to market and sell their merchandise to our VIP tent guests as well as the general public. We offer ample space (10'x10') under our Vendor Tent, assume all responsibility for tent set-up/take-down and assure exposure to all of our VIP tent guests as well as the general public. Our vendor merchants include, but are not limited to, retail clothing and horse merchandise, real estate agencies and banking and mortgage companies. All vendors will be located in one large tent leading to the VIP tent
Rental rate is $300 for a 10'x10' space
Non refundable deposit of $200 due by April 15, 2008
Balance due by May 15, 2008
Please make checks payable to to Grand Prix de Santa Fe
Proof of Insurance required
Set up must be completed on Friday, June 13th
Limited electircal service available, arragngements must be made in advance
